About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Team at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical nursing.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
