About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Center Associate to join our team at JBS USA Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack products to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in ensuring all outgoing shipments of products meet company standards
  • Operate an electric pallet jack to transport product safely and efficiently
  • Visually inspect product and follow proper procedures to reduce or eliminate product damage
  • Responsible for accurately receiving all perishable products from outside vendors and other storage facilities
  • Ensure accurate count and product specs and notify appropriate personnel of unusual situations
  • Responsible for accurately rotating stock and maintaining the integrity of the product by ensuring it is in the proper temp environment
  • Helps clean and level pallets for inventory
  • Ensure orders are completed, loaded, and shipped that same day
  • Follows and reaches the KPIs of the business
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from -0 degrees Fahrenheit and below
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
  • Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
  • Have the personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day throughout the facility
Requirements
  • High school degree or GED preferred
  • One year of Warehouse/Freezer experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers' orders and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision
  • Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization
