Key Responsibilities- Implement daily work objectives, maintain a high standard of safety, health, and environmental practices, and participate in daily toolbox meetings and regular safety meetings.
- Identify and implement corrective and optimization actions to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe operational conditions.
- Function as an Equipment Care Technician, performing routine maintenance activities and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Report and document all relevant operational events, abnormal situations, and deviations in the logbook.
- Take samples of products for laboratory analysis and execute field laboratory tests.
- Participate in emergency response activities and report incidents internally.
- Completed secondary education and previous experience as a Field Technician.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- High standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and ability to cultivate the same in others.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline operations, gas lift, and artificial lift.
- Knowledge of safety and operations management tools and processes.
- Broad knowledge of Emergency Preparedness Procedures.
- Knowledgeable of relevant regulations and commercial agreements.
