Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Overview:
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will oversee receiving, data management, inventory control, and product restocking. This role is essential in supporting all functions within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the receiving timetable, collaborating with procurement, logistics, operations, and transportation partners.

Execute daily data management across various spreadsheets for the delivery and operational teams.

Reorganize inventory as necessary, including updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Proficiency in operating diverse types of powered industrial equipment is required.


Conduct inventory management tasks, which include assessing adequate picking volume each evening, relocating items within the warehouse(s), and assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory assessments.

Deliver exceptional customer service to vendors, staff, clients, and suppliers through various communication channels.

Support additional warehouse and delivery operations as required.

Other responsibilities, as assigned by the supervisor, may also be necessary.


Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or warehouse capacity

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, including presentation tools

Must be a results-driven professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating diplomacy and discretion along with customer service expertise

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently or collaboratively, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines

Analytical and reporting capabilities

Employ sound judgment and problem-solving abilities

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment

Preferred

Qualifications:
Capability to operate warehouse machinery

Possession of a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to remain stationary at times; communicate effectively, and operate a computer and telephone.

Competencies:
Accountable for achieving personal targets, with work reviewed periodically.

Challenges encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine, with readily available solutions.
