Company OverviewHireio, Inc. is a leading headhunting company that partners with valued clients to find top talent. As a member of our Global Product and RD Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our client's core engineering and product team.
Job DescriptionThis full-time position involves designing tailored recruiting strategies to build a multidisciplinary, data-focused technical team from scratch. You will closely collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to implement various projects and meet hiring goals.
Responsibilities- Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to deliver high-quality candidates.
- Lead and manage a team of TA managers, talent acquisition partners, and sourcers.
- Work with local HR operation teams to understand relevant HR compliance and labor laws.
- Manage, coach, and mentor members of the global recruiting team.
- Minimum 5 years experience in technology/IT recruiting, international recruiting experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of people management experience, including managing other managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of working experience.
- Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing.
Please note that the ideal candidate should be driven, hungry to learn, and excited to take on new challenges. This is a hybrid position in the office 3 days per week.
