Open Positions AvailableWe invite applications from both seasoned Autism Support Technicians and those who are keen to learn. Previous experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) is not required. We welcome individuals with backgrounds as Direct Support Professionals, Paraprofessionals, Licensed Nursing Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, Daycare Workers, Camp Counselors, Respite Workers, Nannies, and anyone with experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with children using applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Gain insights into ABA and observe the transformative effects on clients' lives
- Receive guidance and mentorship from seasoned professionals
- Advance your career within our organization
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental challenges
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred
- Strong communication abilities
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
