Audio Enhancement Field Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at Audio Enhancement. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning installed Audio Enhancement products, training customers on how to use them, and managing contractors installing equipment.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with project managers, internal and external, upper staff within school districts, and other stakeholders. You may also assist with site surveys, identifying network-related issues, and providing support in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commissioning installed Audio Enhancement products
  • Training customers on product use
  • Managing contractors installing equipment
  • Providing support in the field
  • Assisting with site surveys
  • Identifying network-related issues

Significant overnight travel is required for this role, with at least 75% of your time spent on the road. You will need strong AV and networking knowledge, as well as the ability to effectively troubleshoot over the phone, remote sessions, or email.
