Assist in the coordination and support of field service teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage requests from field service personnel for tools, equipment, and work attire.
  • Deliver optimal support to field service staff within the available resources and scope of the role.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various employee groups.
  • Utilize business software to generate reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records related to field service operations.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to engage with manufacturing teams to gather necessary information.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required to support field service operations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferred experience in a support or coordination role within a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in field service support is advantageous.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
  • Strong organizational abilities.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Proficient in Quickbase, Microsoft Office Suite, NOV Time, and Oracle systems.
