Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement
  • Participate in client meetings to gather essential planning information and identify action items.
  • Provide detailed meeting summaries to clients as needed.
  • Act as the primary liaison for data collection from new clients.
  • Analyze and input client data into our planning systems.
  • Collaborate with lead advisors to formulate financial planning strategies.
  • Conduct assessments of existing investments and assist in developing tailored investment plans.
  • Evaluate client risk tolerance and provide insights to lead advisors.
  • Prepare essential planning documents for review.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
  • Transition into a lead advisory role for new clients as appropriate.
Investment Oversight
  • Classify new investment securities within our reporting systems.
  • Assist in reconciling trades and managing client accounts.
  • Support lead advisors in crafting and implementing investment strategies.
  • Monitor accounts for trading opportunities and suggest actions to lead advisors.
  • Review performance reports and identify necessary adjustments.
  • Develop and present Investment Policy Statements to clients.
Additional Duties
  • Ensure compliance with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and coordinate with operations as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between advisors and operations for timely processing of tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients' legal and tax professionals to implement financial plans.
  • Provide support for client inquiries and assist with non-operational service requests.
  • Participate in internal committees and review operational documents for accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Possession of Series 65 license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Completion of some CFP coursework or relevant undergraduate studies is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional setting is advantageous.
  • Diverse backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply.
