Woodforest National Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller Retail Banker II. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and recommend bank products and services to customers to meet their financial needs.
- Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
- Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be positive and engaging with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, or sitting. Lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs may be required.
