About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team at Faith Regional Health Services. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home-based setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' unique needs
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Nebraska
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous experience in home health or hospice care preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and continuing education opportunities.
