RN - Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Faith Regional Health Services. As a Home Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
- Conduct individualized patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on the patient's immediate condition or needs.
- Develop and update the plan of care throughout the patient stay, ensuring it is individualized and reflects collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions in line with the plan of care and provide individualized patient/family education customized to patient and family needs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or temporary permit from the State of Nebraska required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within one full month from date of hire required.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. This amount may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
