Description:


The chosen candidate will work alongside a dedicated project team, delivering project and change management expertise that will facilitate the successful development and execution of asset management-related initiatives, learning programs, communication strategies, and associated processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking and possess a problem-solving attitude, with the ability to forge connections and build trust through relationship management.


Responsibilities:
Oversee projects from the definition of requirements to deployment, identifying timelines, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation strategies, including risk management.
Coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.

Evaluate project status and, when necessary, adjust the scope, schedule, or budget to meet project requirements effectively.

Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, develop guidance, and provide training on new processes and procedures.
Clarify, document, and streamline communication flows and decision-making across the asset management system and organization.
Conduct assessments of change impacts and benefits, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and more.
Design and implement tailored change management, communication, and training strategies.
Monitor change-related items, reporting and escalating progress, interdependencies, and any issues or risks associated with change.

Qualifications:


Extensive experience in project management and change methodologies, with a strong proficiency in applying project management techniques to define, plan, schedule, and oversee all project aspects.

Advanced experience in leading successful medium to large-scale, complex change initiatives throughout their lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
Significant experience in leveraging relationships and collaborating effectively across all organizational levels with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing projects in dynamic and complex work environments.

Required Experience: Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; advanced studies are a plus.
