Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intelligence Analyst to join our team as a Senior Intelligence Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching authorities, directives, policies, and various ancillary sources in support of ongoing or emerging intelligence/security program or project requirements.

You will also be working closely with our Threat Management Operations team to assess future situations in emerging or highly complex areas where new methods and approaches are required. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing highly complex reports addressing multiple factors impacting single or multiple focus areas, including evaluation and interpretation of findings incorporating long-range planning targets and identification of actual and potential problems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in intelligence analysis and operations. You should have at least 8 years of experience in the field, with a solid understanding of DHS Component intelligence missions and the role of raw and finished intelligence reporting in the relationship between DHS, state and local governments, and the Intelligence Community.

Additionally, you should have knowledge of a wide range of foreign threats and counterintelligence techniques used in protecting DHS against espionage and other intelligence activities. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international relations, national security, or a related discipline, is also required.
