About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Operations Specialist to join our team in Northern Virginia. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Summary

The Intelligence Operations Specialist will be responsible for reviewing operational traffic and all-source intelligence databases to develop intelligence leads and drive operations. This involves reading and processing intelligence reports, researching existing cases and assessments, drafting comprehensive targeting and collection plans, briefing senior-level managers, and providing operational guidance as needed.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop intelligence leads and drive operations by analyzing operational traffic and all-source intelligence databases.
  2. Read and process intelligence reports, including HUMINT, SIGINT, and other technical data.
  3. Research existing cases and assessments to inform targeting and collection plans.
  4. Draft comprehensive targeting and collection plans, considering multiple sources and perspectives.
  5. Brief senior-level managers on intelligence findings and recommendations.
  6. Provide operational guidance to teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience supporting HUMINT operations or a related field.
  • Experience in intelligence research and analysis, with a focus on developing actionable intelligence.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and sound operational judgment.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and briefing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments and interact with clients at all levels.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance and Polygraph.

Preferred Requirements

  • Client certification as a Specialized Skills Officer (SSO).
  • Experience using client-specific databases to monitor traffic and communicate with overseas offices.
  • Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing, including in high-threat areas.
  • Foreign language skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
