Intelligence Operations Specialist

AEVEX Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Operations Specialist to join our team in Northern Virginia. This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and Polygraph.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience managing or supporting Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations or conducting all-source intelligence analysis. The successful candidate will work effectively in team environments as well as independently with minimal supervision and will professionally interact with client personnel at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Review operational traffic and all-source intelligence databases to develop intelligence leads and drive operations.
- Analyze HUMINT, SIGINT, and other technical data to research existing cases and assessments.
- Draft comprehensive targeting and collection plans, brief senior-level managers, and provide operational guidance as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience supporting HUMINT operations or a related field.
- Experience in intelligence research and analysis.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and sound operational judgement.
- Strong organizational, writing, and briefing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance and Polygraph.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
