Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental team. As a critical member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for handling various clinical duties, including preparing treatment rooms, assisting dentists during procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. This role requires strong technical and communication skills, as well as x-ray certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patients by following established protocols and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Assist dentists during procedures by providing instrumentation and suctioning services.
  • Document patient interactions and concerns in their records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to infection-control policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:
X-ray license required, CPR certification preferred. Experience as a Dental Assistant or training from a formal program is necessary.
