Certified Patient Care Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Patient Care Technician to join our team at Trinity Hospice. As a Certified Patient Care Technician, you will provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their place of residence.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients under direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care.
  • Contribute to the management and efficient operation of the agency.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of one of the following: training program/competency eval, competency eval program, nurse aide training/competency eval program, or state licensure program.
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
