We are a growing Premier Healthcare Service and have multiple roles open for skilled professionals. This position involves providing outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene.
  • Respond to patient calls and determine the best course of action to provide support.
  • Provide physical support for patients or residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
  • Ensure patients receive an appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
  • Gather information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient conditions, treatment plans, and suggested activities.
  • Monitor and record food and liquid intake, urinary and fecal output, and report changes to medical or nursing staff.
  • Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate as requested by staff.
  • Examine patients to detect issues requiring medical attention, such as open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.
  • Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.
  • Document observations of patient behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms, to share with nurses.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a state background check and drug screening.
  • Must be certified as a CNA/DSP (certifications required).
  • CPR/BLS, TB, First Aid certifications are necessary.
  • Must be willing to work some weekends (required).

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
