Job Description

At Microsoft, we're committed to empowering every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. As a Deal Manager, you'll play a critical role in designing and executing customized deals and licensing models with customers to help them succeed with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with customers to negotiate pricing, licensing terms, and deal conditions necessary to sign agreements.
  • Work with sales, legal, and business groups to identify and resolve agreement issues.
  • Ensure sales and negotiation strategies adhere to established guidelines, policies, and legal standards.
  • Share best practices and strategies with internal teams to improve Microsoft's sales capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
Additional Information

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,100 - $185,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here.
