Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality care to children and adolescents in a psychiatric residential treatment center. Your expertise will be essential in helping us achieve our mission and vision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide pediatric nursing services to adolescents in a psychiatric residential treatment center
  • Conduct in-service training for staff on healthcare topics
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Oregon RN License in good standing
  • Passionate about teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a psychiatric/pediatric nurse preferred
