Currently, we are looking for a Clinical Program Therapist to fill PRN Weekend shifts.

As a Behavioral Health Clinical Program Therapist, you will:

  • Develop and implement curriculum tailored to meet patients' psychological needs.
  • Take a lead role in multidisciplinary treatment planning, involving patients and their families.
  • Provide clinical services to stabilize psychiatric crises and promote healthy mental health management using a biopsychosocial model of treatment.
  • Lead group psychotherapy sessions and educational focus groups, serving as a role model for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation following proper grammar and spelling guidelines.
  • Interact with patients in a nonjudgmental, respectful manner, adhering to program rules and regulations.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and referrals in collaboration with the case management team.
  • Participate in chart reviews, treatment planning, and updating interventions alongside the charge nurse and Program Director.
  • Demonstrate understanding of patient growth and development across different life stages.
  • Be available for weekend assessments, group therapy sessions, and on-call clinical duties as required.
Qualifications

As a Behavioral Health Clinical Program Therapist, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling.
  • Licensure for Independent Practice in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
