Job Title: Air Duct Cleaning Lead TechJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Duct Cleaning Lead Tech to join our team at Lightspeed Restoration of Alexandria and Fairfax. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a crew for commercial and residential air duct cleaning jobs, controlling job costs, production times, quality assurance, and documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production, including hands-on work as required for HVAC and dryer vent cleaning per written scope of work
  • Provide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completion
  • Provide on the job training for new technicians as needed
  • Manage documentation on projects (i.e. photos, contracts, etc.)
  • Work safely in a team environment
  • Ensures all safety measures are enforced on job site
Requirements:
  • At least 2-5 years experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC services
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • NADCA certification
  • Other industry relevant certifications that are current
  • Working knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is a strong plus
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environment
  • Able to coordinate a team as an effective leader to achieve production goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Working knowledge of basic PC operations
  • Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs
  • Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test
