About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Membership Sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling AAA membership products to businesses and organizations across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell AAA membership products to businesses and organizations
  • Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network
  • Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed sales and performance goals on a consistent basis
  • Cold call businesses to promote AAA membership products
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets
  • Follow up on prospects and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct professional B2B sales presentations using PowerPoint skills
  • Attend AAA-sponsored events as needed
  • Utilize Excel knowledge for reporting
  • Occasionally travel overnight to attend events, training, and meetings within the state

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing more than 25 pounds
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and discipline to work independently
  • Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
