Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Bismarck. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, register them into the computer, and provide accurate and timely information and services.
  • Communication: Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries, resolve guest complaints, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a secure and organized environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
