About the Role: We are seeking a talented WordPress Specialist to design, develop, and manage WordPress websites.

In this role, you will collaborate with our creative team to produce captivating visual content that helps clients shine through exceptional copy and design. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic developer who can craft dynamic and engaging web pages with a focus on layout and user experience.

Key Skills:
  • Proficient in creating streamlined websites using custom code within WordPress, minimizing reliance on plugins
  • Expertise in WordPress development
  • Experience with off-site web development tasks, including setting up hosting accounts, domain registration, client email setup, FTP usage, and managing CRM memberships
  • Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • Ability to accurately translate graphic designers' concepts into web formats
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Tags/Tag Manager and other tracking tools (e.g., Zoho, Pixels)
  • Experience with technical SEO optimization, including site speed improvements
  • Understanding of mobile-first and mobile-friendly design principles
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with graphic designers who will provide layouts and designs for development
  • Assist clients and marketing teams with high-quality content
  • Work with the team to deliver innovative content that enhances our clients' brands
  • Stay updated on trends and changes in the development landscape
  • Participate in client and team meetings
  • Ensure deliverables are tracked and met for each client
Required Experience:
  • At least three years of practical WordPress development experience, demonstrated in a portfolio
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A collaborative mindset to achieve optimal results for clients
  • Ability to work independently, conduct research, and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting hosting and WordPress backends
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with Elementor
  • Experience with Zeplin or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
