Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our human resources functions at our store locations. As an HR Coordinator, you will assist with general administrative HR tasks, talent acquisition, training and development, safety, leave of absence management, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Location Leaders with posting open positions, monitoring applications, sending electronic offer letters, and updating the applicant tracking system as needed.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and completion of Form I-9, in partnership with Location Leaders.
  • Assist with all required leave of absence paperwork for the assigned District(s) and track accordingly within Coborn's HRIS system.
  • Enter all First Reports of Injury for the assigned District into incident tracking software. Partner with HR and the Worker's Compensation team to ensure compliance with all reported injuries.
  • Partner with assigned locations to ensure completion of all necessary training for new hires as well as annual training requirements.
  • Assist HRG, Sr. HRG, and HRBP in gathering details and information about employee relations concerns and investigations as needed.
  • Partner with Location Leaders at assigned locations to ensure a positive working environment by creating and executing employee engagement activities and the United Way Campaign; assist in celebrating Service Awards, birthdays, and Coborn's Way Fundamentals.
