About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance and Accessibility Developer to join our Digital Experience team at Epsilon. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accessibility of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory tests to ensure application quality.
  • Accessibility Expertise: Provide accessibility expertise and coaching to teams across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and policies.
  • Automation and Testing: Build, maintain, and enhance automation artifacts leveraging Selenium, Java, Maven, TestNG, Rest Assured, GIT, and Jenkins.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with product owners, designers, developers, management, and scrum teams to ensure fully accessible websites and digital products.
  • Training and Mentoring: Cross-train and mentor less experienced QA team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of related quality assurance automation experience.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, experience with AEM QA Automation, Selenium, and Perfecto, as well as strong knowledge of QA best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Additional Requirements: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio/VSTS, ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment, and flexibility to adapt to changes.
