Job Title: Product Specialist (RecovR)

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

As a Product Specialist (RecovR), you will be an integral part of Kudelski's IoT division, focusing on our innovative RecovR IoT management and recovery solution. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the comprehensive deployment and installation of RecovR devices at franchise dealerships, while also providing training to dealership personnel. You will act as the go-to expert for RecovR installation and operation, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure a smooth rollout across new dealership locations.

The RecovR product empowers automotive dealers to efficiently locate inventory, enhance operational productivity, and generate an F&I revenue stream through our dual-purpose IoT management and consumer vehicle recovery service. This role is pivotal in driving RecovR's expansion and contributing to the success of our dealership partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project management of installation launches for newly onboarded franchise dealer clients.
  • Travel frequently to customer locations to ensure the highest standards of quality and service experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales and service teams regarding customer engagement.
  • Compile and manage daily/weekly reports to demonstrate productivity and project progress.
  • Support various administrative tasks that enhance the customer experience, including travel arrangements and order processing.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and training materials.
  • Document processes and procedures for distribution to customers and Kudelski IoT RecovR teams.
  • Provide ongoing education and training for new installation support representatives.
  • Prepare and manage various projects as assigned by management.
  • Become proficient in RecovR installation and provide technical support as necessary.
  • Follow up with franchise dealer clients to assess their ongoing experience with the RecovR installation team.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the RecovR product and user interface, and actively educate franchise dealers on its use.
