Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at LHC Group. As a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with household tasks and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Report observations and concerns to the Agency Director or accounts manager, and notify them immediately in the event of any incidents or accidents.
  • Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when required to transport clients.
Requirements
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CT CNA or HHA Certification.
  • Experience in personal care or home community-based services preferred.
