Job Description:

At V R Della Infotech Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst 2 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a Workday Systems Analyst/Developer and possessing both functional and technical understanding of Workday HCM. This role will serve as the primary source for Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support, configuration, and development of interfaces and functional enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Workday platform.
  • Configure and design Workday HCM functional areas, including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process, and security.
  • Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration platform.
  • Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis as required, and provide cost-efficient proposals on inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
  • Create functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver technical objects.
  • Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support ISI's production processes and all associated business systems functions.
  • Work with ISI IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
  • Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and help prioritize opportunities to improve processes through the usage of Business Capability Matrix (BCM).
  • Participate in business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.
  • Collaborate and provide inputs to the development team during the development phase to meet business needs.
  • Maintain IT Business System integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
  • Work closely with onsite team, offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.
  • Follow the Intuitive change management process.
  • Analyze the impact of changes to the corporate application landscape.

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst/Development experience in a full-cycle implementation as well as in a support role.
  • Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permission, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, conditions rules, validations, business process, and notifications.
  • Experience working with business end-users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
  • Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio.
  • Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
  • Workday Pro Certifications Integrations and HCM preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with non-technical end-users.
