Business Systems Analyst 2

As a Business Systems Analyst 2, you will play a key role in the implementation and support of Workday HCM. Your primary function will be to act as a Workday Systems Analyst/Developer, possessing both functional and technical understanding of the platform. You will serve as the primary source for Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support, configuration, and development of interfaces and functional enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Workday platform.
- Configure and design Workday HCM functional areas, including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process, and security.
- Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration platform.
- Build and debug custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio.
- Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide cost-efficient proposals for inefficiencies and risks.
- Create functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical objects.
- Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents, and functional specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Support ISI's production processes and all associated business systems functions.
- Work with ISI IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst/Development experience in a full-cycle implementation and support role.
- Strong experience with Workday project implementations and integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management, roles/profiles, permission, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, conditions rules, validations, business process, and notifications.
- Experience working with business end-users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
- Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday Studio.
- Workday Pro Certifications - Integrations and HCM preferred.
