Figure is seeking a skilled Assembly and Integration Specialist to contribute to the development of custom work cells for our humanoid robots. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and integration (electrical, mechanical, PLC) to replicate client facilities and implement automation technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components and integrate electrical components into PLC terminal cabinets
  • Install wiring within terminal cabinets, conduct testing of fixtures and troubleshoot any issues
  • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure all work adheres to the instructions provided
  • Document assembly processes, communicate updates promptly, provide feedback to ME and EE teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are readily available

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a technician in a related field
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely with minimal deviation
  • Strong communication skills, not afraid to ask questions
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools and electrical schematics
  • (Bonus) Experience with Catia, manual machining, fabrication, and wire harnessing.
