Key Responsibilities- Interface with all levels of command staff, departments, and divisions to ensure timely responses to action items, data calls, and information requests.
- Independently respond to routine inquiries and ensure consistency of office operations.
- Handle differing situations, problems, and deviations in office work according to supervisor's instructions, priorities, duties, policies, and program goals.
- Screen incoming correspondence, respond to requests for information, and determine which requests should be handled by the supervisor or other offices.
- Make arrangements for conferences and meetings, and assemble background materials as directed.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Active Secret Clearance
- 2+ years' administrative experience
- 2+ years' Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 2+ years' operating various office equipment: copiers, fax machines, typewriter, scanner, and telephone answering systems
- Must be a US Citizen
