Opportunity for a Semiconductor IC Quality Engineer

This pivotal position is part of the Automotive Quality sector within a rapidly expanding semiconductor IC organization. As a Semiconductor IC Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer quality inquiries and ensuring the effective resolution of issues. This position demands collaboration with various internal teams and clients, presenting a dynamic and challenging environment that requires both technical proficiency and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for customer quality needs and concerns.
  • Perform root-cause investigations and assist in failure analysis for designated customer accounts.
  • Oversee Automotive customer audits on both a local and global scale.
  • Draft failure analysis and 8D reports while managing communications with customers.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years of experience in Semiconductor IC Engineering and Quality Assurance roles.
  • Expertise in Customer Quality Engineering, Quality Management Systems, and related disciplines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
  • Practical experience with quality methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
