Job Summary

Cuhaci & Peterson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading complex architectural projects from design to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage architectural projects, including design, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects and engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being constructed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our firm remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Active architectural license.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional office.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
