About the Opportunity
Business Resources One, a leading design/build landscaping company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Designer or Architect to join our team. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for designing and preparing high-end residential landscape construction drawings for site design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and complete accurate drawings on schedule, adhering to landscape drafting standards, practices, and procedures.
- Utilize knowledge of Florida plant species and hardscape elements to create visually stunning and functional designs.
- Prepare permits and ensure compliance with city regulations.
- Work independently to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision.
- Learn and adapt to company design standards.
- Prepare construction documents and ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of direct experience designing and preparing high-end residential landscape construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion Pro 8, and Sketchup.
- Landscape Architecture Degree or equivalent experience.
