  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer-aided manufacturing systems and quality control software.

  • Factory Environment: Work in a normal factory environment, with exposure to loud noise, physical hazards, and potential health risks.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, walk, talk, push, pull, reach overhead, bend to floor, and use arms and hands to perform tasks.
