We are seeking a dedicated Configuration Management Lead to join our organization. In this role, you will oversee the establishment and preservation of configuration baselines, formulate Configuration Management (CM) strategies, policies, and procedures, and ensure adherence to CM systems throughout their lifecycle. This position necessitates an Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph clearance and a background in supporting government operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining configuration baselines for both developmental and operational systems
  • Formulating CM strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Executing hardware and software configuration management processes
  • Conducting change control and configuration audits

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph clearance
  • Experience in supporting government operations
  • Educational background in a Technical or Business field
  • Proficiency in utilizing automated CM tools
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as DOORS and Eclipse

Skills:

  • Ability to work with computer screens for prolonged periods
  • Capability to sit for extended durations
  • Manual dexterity for handling objects
  • Effective communication skills to articulate ideas clearly
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret spoken information
