As a skilled Autobody Technician at Caliber Collision Centers, you will play a critical role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle that comes through our doors receives the highest level of care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to identify all necessary repairs
  • Develop and implement effective repair plans to minimize supplement costs and maximize efficiency
  • Utilize a range of tools and equipment, including welders, sanders, and spray guns, to repair and restore vehicle bodies
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in autobody repair a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in autobody repair or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
