About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests' vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems, and recommend repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Previous experience in a service or repair environment an asset.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods.
