The AEG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Youth Baseball Development Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can help us drive our youth baseball initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and create engaging experiences for our fans.

This role will be responsible for managing our youth baseball programs, including uniform distribution, clinic planning, and community outreach. You will work closely with our Director of Youth Programming to develop new areas of support and engage with local organizations to advance our mission.

In addition to your program management expertise, you will also provide administrative support to ensure efficient departmental operations, including scheduling, mail sorting, and IT requests.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments to implement marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and community events. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in community programming and/or corporate philanthropy
  • Minimum of a four-year Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or a closely related field
  • Knowledge of community programs, organizations, and methods involved in developing community relations programs
  • High character and ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
Salary

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $59,500 - $67,800.
