Job Summary: The AEG is seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing community outreach efforts, including youth baseball programs, clinics, and events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage youth baseball programs, including uniform distribution, clinic planning, and event execution.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including youth baseball organizations and sponsors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in community programming and/or corporate philanthropy.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and database management.
