About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers in our lobbies and providing personalized advice and solutions to meet their needs
  • Demonstrating how to use our mobile app and ATMs to complete simple transactions
  • Creating meaningful relationships with customers and connecting them with our Bankers for further support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service
  • Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals
