Environmental Project Manager

The Miller Environmental Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of technicians, drivers, and mechanics to ensure safety, compliance with OSHA standards, and inventory control.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Budgeting and Estimating: Prepare and manage budgets, estimates, and proposals for clients, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.

• Experience: At least three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory/project management experience in environmental construction/industrial cleaning, with knowledge of emergency response/management, quality management, and environmental regulations.
• Skillset: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; demonstrated background in successfully managing project schedules and budgets; ability to effectively coordinate with personnel and clients; knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED, B.S. preferred with transferable skills and experience/education in the environmental industry required.

The work is primarily performed in the field, outdoors in the heat or cold for 8 or more hours per day. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.

To reduce exposure to harmful materials, workers often wear coveralls, gloves, shoe covers, safety glasses, or goggles. Some must wear fully enclosed protective suits for several hours at a time; these suits may be hot and uncomfortable and may cause the workers who wear them to experience claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces). In extremely toxic cleanups, hazmat workers are required to wear respirators or personal air monitors.
