Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Oaks Integrated Care. As an AP Specialist, you will work in an office-based setting within our Accountant department.

• Process and review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Match purchase orders to invoices and process payments in a timely manner
• Update financial spreadsheets and records as needed
• Post cash receipts and disbursements weekly or monthly
• Deposit rent payments from Housing and other sources
• Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management

• A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience
