We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at PeopleShare. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking orders, and resolving discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, both digitally and manually.
- Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with parts orders, vendor communications, and database entries to ensure seamless inventory management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in purchasing and inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various locations, if required.
