- Regularly participating in post-sales initiatives such as customer quarterly business reviews, routine calls, hosting customer office hours, monitoring product usage, and delivering roadmap sessions with minimal assistance.
- Aiming to drive growth in current product offerings as well as the adoption of additional solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architecture Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, and Engineering, to ensure success throughout the customer journey.
- Providing expert guidance on DevOps principles, with strong competencies in infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, IT operations, security, and development processes.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the overall HashiCorp technology suite and the competitive landscape.
- Over 5 years of technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering experience, or equivalent background - practical experience is valued.
- Expertise in comprehending concepts and technologies related to DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud computing, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity and experience with existing HashiCorp tools such as Vagrant, Packer, Terraform, Consul, Nomad, Vault, among others.
- Experience in deploying software products or solutions within large and dynamic enterprise environments.
- A proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced team setting that prioritizes delivering exceptional customer service.
- The willingness to travel as necessary, with domestic and occasional international travel required, varying by team (approximately 20-40%).
