Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management staff, including preparing shipments, scheduling meetings, and preparing conference rooms.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, greet and direct visitors, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, sort and distribute incoming mail, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Facility Management: Unlock and lock the office, and assist with any facility needs.
- Team Support: Assist management staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently, strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
This is a business casual office environment. You will be working with standard office equipment, including laptops, personal computers, photocopiers/scanners, and desk phones.
CompensationThe salary for this role is $24-27/hour. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
