Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute bindery tasks as specified on work orders, which may include folding, cutting, padding, numbering, GBC punching, spiral or coil binding, fastback, collating, scoring, perforating, drilling, stitching or stapling, laminating, and wrapping.
  • Prioritize tasks based on deadlines indicated on work orders and directives from management.
  • Package completed jobs, finalize job tickets, and prepare delivery receipts as required.
  • Coordinate the delivery or shipping of items as needed according to work order specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
  • Order necessary supplies following established procedures.

Desired Skills:
  • At least six months of experience in a production environment.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with others to meet project deadlines.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
  • Ability to identify and reject substandard quality or incorrect jobs, notifying management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards.
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations and safety standards.
